As a woman I was created to be able to multitask, able to withstand pressures of running the family with or without help. Holding a crying baby in one hand whilst cooking dinner on the hob, whilst answering a younger child’s maths questions, whilst thinking what after school club is on today, whilst boiling the kettle for the babies milk, whilst keeping an eye on the bottle steriliser, whilst thinking about what needs to go in the baby bag, feeling the heaviness and the smell of the nappy, whilst watching the time, whilst missing phone call – again!

Some days we are more productive than others, some days we feel great and feel like we are walking in the sunshine. Things are just working out, creativity flows and productivity is outstanding. Why? Perhaps it was a particularly restful night and we got off on the right foot. When the alarm sounds it felt like a call to action. Im not sure why exactly but it just is. Today was productive day for me.
Today is the Mothers day in some parts of the world, so this blog is about my Mum and your Mum. My mum has given me the gift of life. That is the utmost and paramount thing about my mum I know and am thankful for. Without my Mum I would not be alive. I consciously remember my mum since I was about 3 years old. I would do anything for my mum’s cuddles and kissess🙂 One kiss could take away all the pains… Her hand stroking my hair would make everything in the world right.
Today before sorting out my bank error in database- I popped into the coffee shop. Next to me sat a woman; she was angry, agitated, attention seeking, fussy. This kind of person is not normally my cup of tea. I judged her, the day was sunny and I was happy, the best day as far as Im aware. I stay away from angry people. I make choice to be happy. Count my blessings.
As we grow and develop in our early childhood we develop our own perception of ourselves; the version we feel comfortable with. Or is it the version of ourselves that we don’t like, yet we don’t have enough strength to change it? We form our opinion about ourselves based on tbe opinions of our parents, teachers, friends, relatives, etc. We create responding patterns to our outside world. We create that internal image of ourselves that we carry on to be our internal mirror.
